The Orleans Showroom, Las Vegas
All performers must be 8 years of age or older at the time of the event and all performers will need to be accompanied by an adult on the trip
Tickets
Event tickets are priced at £175 per person (All performer tickets are £175 and spectator tickets are £175). All performers must pay the full ticket price.
Ticket payment dates are as follows for full priced tickets (£175);
1st Payment - 9th September 2024 - £25pp
2nd Payment - 13th January 2025 - £50pp
3rd payment - 16th June 2025 - £50pp
4th Payment - 17th November - £50pp
Ticket payment dates are as follows for additional spectator tickets (£87.50);
1st Payment - 9th September 2024 - £25pp
2nd Payment - 13th January 2025 - £50pp
3rd payment - 16th June 2025 - £12.50pp
All payments must be paid in cash by the payment date stated above.
By signing up you are agreeing to pay the full ticket price. If after signing up you are no longer able to attend the event, the remaining balance must still be paid.
All payments made are non-refundable.
Flights and Accommodation
Flights, accommodation and any rules/entry requirements into the USA must be arranged/organised by yourselves. These normally come on sale 18-12 months before the date of travel. Streetvibes Dance Academy or the event organisers are not responsible for arranging/organising any of these.
Rehearsal Dates & Times
There are extra rehearsals involved in preparing for this event. They will be £5 per hour and must be paid in cash on the day of the rehearsal. All students taking part in the Las Vegas trip will need to be at every rehearsal. Rehearsal dates and times will be as follows…

Costumes
There will be extra costs involved for costumes and/or training uniform etc. these will be discussed and confirmed nearer the time as with the event being over 2 years away it is impossible to confirm a price for these.
Fundraising
We will look to put on fundraising events to help towards the cost of the performers ticket fee, costumes, rehearsal fee etc. However we will need the help of parents/carers to organise and arrange these.
